Terms of service.

1. Acceptance

By using this site or paying the €1 reservation hold, you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, do not use the site and do not deposit. If you already deposited and want out, see “Refunds” below.

2. What we provide today

Right now, ForemanQuote is a pre-launch reservation. We are not yet providing a contractor quoting product, a SaaS service, software, or any usable tool. What the €1 buys you today is:

• · A spot in the early-access cohort (first 50 reservers).
• · A locked price of €29/mo for the first year of paid use, once the product launches.
• · A direct email from our team when your account is provisioned.

We make no service guarantee until the beta launch. No uptime SLA, no feature promise, no go-live date is contractually binding before launch. Our current target window is 10–14 weeks; that is a target, not a commitment.

3. The €1 reservation hold

The €1 is a real charge, processed by Stripe. It is fully refundable on request up to 60 days after payment, no questions asked. It is not a subscription. Your card is not charged any further amount until you explicitly confirm and start paid use after launch.

If you keep your reservation and convert to a paid account at launch, your rate is locked at €29/mo for the first 12 months of paid use, after which standard pricing applies.

4. Refunds

Email team@getforemanquote.com within 60 days of payment with the email you reserved under. The €1 is refunded via Stripe within 7 business days. No reason required. If we fail to launch within 6 months of your deposit, every deposit is refunded automatically without you having to ask.

5. No warranties

The site and the reservation are provided “as is.” We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or virus-free, or that any specific product feature described on this page will exist in the shipped product exactly as illustrated. This is honest: we are still building.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, our total liability to you under or in connection with this reservation is capped at the amount you actually paid us — i.e. €1. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or lost-profit damages. Nothing here limits liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any liability that cannot be limited under Italian or EU consumer law.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Italy. Mandatory consumer-protection rights you have under the law of your country of residence are unaffected. Any dispute that cannot be resolved by writing to us will be heard in the competent court for Italy, or, where consumer law requires, the court of your place of residence.

8. Changes

We may update these terms before launch. The “Last updated” date above will reflect any change. If a change materially affects existing reservers, we email you and give you a fresh refund window.
